About the SCELC Sage Agreement

This open access agreement enables authors at 71 participating institutions across 55 SCELC licensees to publish articles using an open access license at reduced or no cost across 1200 Sage journals. The APC (OA article processing charge) is discounted for open access journals and fully covered for hybrid journals.
